SOY is a unique brand that caters to women of all shapes, shades and sizes. The reason why the tag line of the brand guarantees exclusive fashion is because of the prints that we make them in & we make that possible by using a rare & traditional kind of printing, called Batik. Batik is a wax resist technique used on fabric to make the most glorious designs that never look the same because every single print comes out differently depending upon when and how the dye creeps into the wax.

SOY therefore gives its customers something they couldn't possibly find elsewhere, at the best prices.

Any and every brand you come across these days juggle between the same kind of prints and silhouettes. Instead SOY picks up a unique art, modifies it and applies it to western silhouettes compelling women to make bolder choices.

Shades Of You is a brand that focuses on bringing out the most feminine side of women, by connecting them to their roots and still letting them embrace their modern self within this constantly westernising generation of fashion.

"Shades Of You was a pipe dream. A dream which helped me come out of the darkest corners of my life. Just knowing I had something yet to achieve, yet to call mine, yet to work relentlessly hard for was enough to bring a smile to my face in the face of adversity.

A Fashion Diploma & a Bachelor's Degree later, SOY came to life. What ensued was a series of milestones made of successes and even more of failures. It wasn't just a dream anymore...

Shades Of You is a clothing company currently employing just few people. Me & my assistant. We design our own sketches, print our own fabric, manage SOY's social media handles, work on this website, and so much more that goes into keeping any company without outside investment - afloat.

Which means, this company needs your love, your faith, your support & of course your money to grow... All of this goes into fulfilling not only my pipe dream, but in supporting the local karigars that print your batik, the workers that stitch your clothes and my father who believed in me enough to let me work out of his factory to save on rent...

All jokes aside! This has been a dream come true. The only goal is to hope SOY grows more and more every day and so do I. Because all of this means nothing if I don't have people to go back home to, who will love me and cherish me regardless."

These terms and conditions represent the final and complete agreement of the parties and no terms or conditions in any way modifying or changing the provisions stated herein shall be binding upon Our Company unless made in writing and signed and approved by an officer or other authorized person at Our Company. No modification of any of these terms shall be modified by Our Company's shipment of goods following receipt of Buyers purchase order, shipping request or similar forms containing printed terms and conditions additional to or in conflict with the terms herein. If any term, clause or provision is declared to held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration or holding shall not affect the validity of any other term, clause or provision herein contained.

All orders are subject to written price verification by authorized Our Company personnel unless designated in writing to be firm for a specified period of time. Shipment of goods without written price verification does not constitute acceptance of the price contained in the order.

Unless otherwise provided, Our Company shall use its judgment in determining carrier and routing. In either case, Our Company shall not be liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its selection.

Unless otherwise provided, Our Company will comply only with its minimum packing standards for the method of transportation selected. The cost of all special packing, loading or bracing requested by Buyer will be paid for by Buyer. All cost of packing and shipment for Buyer's special equipment shall be paid for by Buyer.

The discount applies only to the invoiced value of the material (not to taxes or freight charges). Our Company reserves the right to require advance payment or satisfactory security for the goods if the financial condition of Buyer so warrants as determined by Our Company. If Buyer fails to make payment in accordance with terms of this agreement or any collateral agreement, or fails to comply with any provisions hereof, Our Company may, at its option (and in addition to other remedies), cancel any unshipped portion of this order. Buyer is to remain liable for all unpaid accounts.

Payment

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
