RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE
Returns Policy

NOT THE RIGHT SIZE OR FIT?

If the size or fit isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

  • We will arrange a pickup from your address

  • The garment will be altered or exchanged for a better fit

  • The corrected piece will be re-shipped to you at no extra cost

This applies only to size or fit-related issues.

WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT?

If you choose to return the product despite the above:

  • We will arrange a return pickup

  • You will receive a SOY Voucher equal to your order value

  • COD and shipping charges will be deducted

Applicable deductions:

  • COD Charges: ₹50

  • Shipping Charges: ₹100

 

SOY VOUCHER DETAILS

  • Voucher value = Order Total minus COD & shipping charges

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issue

  • Can be used on your next purchase of equal or higher value

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Upon verification, we will either replace the product or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be requested within 7 working days of receiving your order

  • The product must be unused, with original tags, labels, and bill intact

  • Any request will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • Once approved, the return / refund / exchange will be initiated within 3–4 working days

SALE SECTION

Products purchased from the "Sale" Section are not eligible for any return, refund. Only eligible for size exchange.

As each piece is individually crafted, we do not accept returns on customised or high-value products.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping Policy

  Our aim will always be to get your ordered delivered to you as soon as possible. 

 

It normally takes 2 working days to process your order.

During this time, your purchase is verified and order is made ready to be shipped.

Once your ordered has been processed, it will be dispatched & delivered to your shipping address within 3-5 working days.

COD Charges are extra - Rs. 50 (Non - refundable)

Please mention your correct Name, Address, Phone Number, and Pin code, for a hassle free delivery. 

For urgent shipping, contact us. Additional Charges of Rs. 150 will be applicable. (Non - refundable & only on prepaid orders)

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your order send us an email at info@shadesofyou.co.in within 24 business hours of placing the order. 

You will then receive the confirmation of cancellation on your registered e-mail id. If prepaid order is cancelled, un-delivered or lost we will refund the complete amount including shipping charges and taxes. 

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges of Rs. 100 will be deducted.
