Not the right size or fit?
In case you'd like to exchange your product for a better size or fit, we will assist you by initiating pick up and delivering the right size.
Want to return it anyway?
In case you'd like to return the product anyway, we will assist you in initiating a return pick up, and provide you with a SOY Voucher equivalent to the amount of you Order Total.
SOY Voucher
Equivalent to the amount of your Order Total. Valid for 3 Months from the date of issue. The voucher can be used for your next purchase equal or more to the Voucher amount.
Manufacturing Defects
In case of one, contact us.
Upon your choice we will either assist you in getting the product replaced or initiate a refund.
Return, Refund & Exchange
You will be eligible for any Return, Refund or Exchange only within 7 working days of receiving your order.
Your Return, Refund or Exchange will only be initiated once we've received back the product. It should be in an unused condition, with the label & tag in place, along with the bill.
Upon receiving the product we will be initiate your Return, Refund or Exchange within 2 working days.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our aim will always be to get your ordered delivered to you as soon as possible.
It normally takes 2 workings days to process your order.
During this time, your purchase is verified and order is made ready to be shipped.
Once your ordered has been processed, it will be dispatched & delivered to your shipping address within 3-5 days.
COD Charges are extra.
Please mention your correct Name, Address, Phone Number, and Pin code, for a hassle free delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?
To cancel your order send us an email at info@shadesofyou.co.in within 24 business hours of placing the order.
You will then receive the confirmation of cancellation on your registered e-mail id. If prepaid order is cancelled, un-delivered or lost we will refund the complete amount including shipping charges and taxes.
If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
However, if you return an order, original shipping charges will not be refunded, but you will be reimbursed as per SOY's Return Policy.
