About Batik:
This product has been made using a unique wax resist technique called Batik.  Once it's been hand printed & dyed each product is left with a unique texture of cracking.
 
Wash Care:
Hand Printed & Dyed Products are processed several times to guarantee their colour fastness.
However, we still advise our customers to wash these batik products separately in cold water.

    1. Returns
    As each piece is individually crafted, we do not accept returns on customised or high-value products.

    2. Refunds

    • Monetary refunds are not offered.

    • In the case of an approved return, a voucher equivalent to your purchase value will be issued.

    • This voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

    • A voucher will only be processed after the returned item reaches our warehouse, passes a thorough quality check, and is approved by our team.

    • To be eligible for this voucher, the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

    • Please note, return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

    3. Exchanges
    We do not offer direct exchanges. However, once you receive your voucher, you may use it to place a fresh order of your choice from our collection.

    4. Size Concerns
    Your comfort is our priority.If you face any fit issues, we’ll ensure it’s taken care of with ease:

    • We will arrange a pickup, alter your piece for a perfect fit, and ship it back to you at no additional cost.
    • This applies strictly to alterations of the same product (not replacements).

    All customised, made-to-order, and high-value products are final sale. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
