Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Here's how cancellations work:

1. Order Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

2. After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid orders: Full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• COD orders: No charges apply if cancelled within the allowed window.

4. Refusal of COD Orders

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.
