Our best-selling Deewani set in lavender. The batik here is a pattern of oval, radiating shapes running down the kurta, waxed by hand, so the pattern shifts slightly from one piece to the next. The 3/4 sleeves are split at the cuff and edged in lace, and a white tassel hangs at the mandarin collar. The palazzo carries a quieter striped print, and the dupatta has a flower border.

It's an easy set for office days: a relaxed fit, a soft modal that's comfortable to sit in all day, and large pockets in the palazzo.

The suit is comfortable and light weight.

But the order was delivered after a month. So if you are buying expecting to get it soon, might not happen. The team won't send a tracking detail till you request them multiple times. Saying they are small businesses they extend the delivery date multiple times. They respond to WhatsApp queries 2 days later.

The batik print is excessive too. A sober single color or lesser print on the pant would have made the suit look much better.

Better than expected

Picked this up in the mid-season sale and it fit straight out of the packet. The hand of the cloth has none of that synthetic squeak and I do not say that lightly. The silhouette flatters with no shapewear and is forgiving around the middle. This is the one I reach for first.
