The weight of it is cool enough for May afternoons and washes clean with no special care. The waist sits clean across the back and is generous through the hip. Wore this to a house party and it needed no ironing when I unpacked.

The cotton is light without feeling flimsy and feels closer to handloom than mill cloth, which sold me on the label. The detailing has the uneven handmade character I look for and has depth no digital print gets. Wore it with jeans for an evening out and my usual outfit panic just did not happen.

Wore it with high-waisted palazzos and it worked in 38-degree heat. The base cloth feels cool against the skin and keeps its shape through a full day. The sizing runs exactly as listed and lets me sit cross-legged without thinking so I ordered the same in another shade.
