All international orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days, with delivery timelines varying by location but typically ranging between 7–10 working days. Shipping charges, customs clearance, and door-delivery fees are fully calculated and charged at checkout, ensuring a seamless, door-to-door delivery experience with no additional duties or hidden costs payable by the customer upon delivery.

Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product details, sizing charts, and order information before placing an international order.

In the rare event of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Once verified, appropriate assistance will be provided by our customer care team as per company policy.
