Wax na zyada garam, na zyada thanda. Bas utna, jitna haath sambhal sake.
Rang mein jaldi nahi karte. Kapda khud batata hai kab tayyar hai.
Har crack alag aata hai. Usko rokna humne kab ka chhod diya.
Peeche se rang na dikhe, toh woh batik hi nahi.
Ek ek block, dheere dheere. Itne saalon mein haath ko design yaad ho gaya hai.
Kapda bhejne se pehle har kona ek baar phir dekhte hain.

Look closer
These cracks are only on yours.
The wax splits in the dye bath and the colour runs into the cracks. It never happens the same way twice, so your piece is the only one with these lines.

Every step by hand, in one piece.
The wax is drawn on by hand, one deliberate block at a time. Then the colour settles slowly into the cloth. No two pieces ever come out alike, and this one is yours.
