Wore it on a six-hour train journey and it moved with me rather than against me. The body of the fabric feels closer to handloom than mill cloth and feels properly premium — no notes. The proportion was spot on for my frame and did not gape once all evening even standing all evening.
Have been moving away from fast fashion and started here and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The hand of the cloth still looks new four months on and feels like something from a pricier label, exactly as the listing promised. The overall fit is flattering without being tight and hits at a genuinely useful length on a taller frame.
Went back and forth on the colour for a week and it has not disappointed once. The dye work is far richer in person than on screen and has that soft edge that proves it is real batik. Wore it to the temple in peak heat and it did not ride up once.
